Scratch built Montana- the never-built big sister to Missouri.

USS Montana (BB-67) is ten feet long! The model has four electric motors with direct drive to four propellers. Power source is a golf cart battery. Separate speed controls work the port & starboard pairs.

Airplane retriever barge with working crane. Scratch built, in-progress.
This barge is placed between a warship, such as a carrier or battleship, and the pier. It is used to provide supplies and any necessary repairs.
Model is 24" long, 9" wide, 2" deep. The hull and equipment are all made from styrene.
Andy will use this barge in static displays.
Andy built this model of the USS Midway, CV-41.
In 1:96 scale, the model is 122 inches long. Aircraft have added.
